Be Tauranga, conversations

Project

Be Tauranga, conversations

A recorded series about what a place brand is actually for, made in public while we build one.

Two years of research and thousands of community voices produced a narrative. This series is the working out: interviews with the people who shaped it, the ones who pushed back, and the ones who will have to live with it.

It covers place-branding, destination marketing and economic development, but it is really about culture, who we are, why we chose to live here, and what we owe the place in return.

Every episode is published with a full readable transcript so the story stays accessible, searchable and quotable.
